Shipping methods

We ship using UPS, FedEx Ground & Air. Classical equipment is shipped either on flat bed or box truck. Due to sensitive electronics, all large Machinery is shipped on Flat Bed Truck with AirRide Suspension. If you have special needs for unloading (ie drop gate) please contact us prior to ordering. 

Turn around times

In Stock Frost CNC Tooling Orders are typically shipped same day. We ship In-Stock orders within 7-10 days after the order is placed. All custom orders are shipped when ready, If you need to expedite your order we do suggest choosing and faster shipping option at checkout.

International shipments

At this time we only ship within the USA, if you are outside of the USA and would like to purchase from us please contact us.

PO boxes & APO shipments

We do not ship to PO boxes and APO at this time.

Tracking your order

When your order is shipped you will receive an email or text from us with your tracking number and a link to track. If if has been more than 2-3 days and you have not received of your order tracking please contact us.

Shipping a return

Before you ship your return please review our return policy and then you can start a return. Please do not send returns without starting a return request, that way we are aware your return is on its way. If you have any questions about returns in general please contact us.
